- Title insurance fees depend on the sales price of the home.
- Broker's commission is a full-service fee (we also have a "move-up" program).
- Property Taxes Prorated to the date of closing.
- Some FHA/VA fees are required to be paid by the seller on behalf of the buyer normally between $500 and $1,000. (Does not apply to conventional contracts).
- Survey fees (normally a buyers expense but is negotiable).
- Miscellaneous fees can include attorney fees, document preparation, deed/title recording, overnight delivery charges, state regulatory fees, etc. (normally this does not exceed more than a few hundred dollars).
- Other Miscellaneous fees can accrue from correcting problems noticed during the home inspection.
