Reid is a Texas land specialist focused on farm and ranch properties, recreational land, development and transitional land, commercial acreage, waterfront properties, and large-acreage residential estates. Based in the Austin and Spicewood area, he works across a wide geographic range of Texas and brings a practical, experienced perspective to both acquisitions and sales. 

Coming from a multi-generational family of real estate professionals and outdoor enthusiasts, Reid’s connection to land is both professional and personal. As a landowner and real estate investor himself, he understands that land is rarely just another asset—it may represent a family legacy, a working operation, a recreational retreat, or a significant investment opportunity. 

Reid works closely with sellers on valuation, positioning, marketing strategy, land-use considerations, and negotiations designed to maximize value. For buyers, he helps identify opportunities, evaluate property fundamentals, assess development or investment potential, and navigate the complexities that make land transactions unique.
