I wanted to take the time and sit down and write you a summary of our experience with Sean Snider. I reached out to Dave earlier in the year, my wife and I were interested in buying a second home in Texas with some acres and you quickly responded and handed us off to Sean. We met him first at a property in the Round Mountain area and our first impressions were well........through the roof. And from that point forward over the next few months, he continued to impress us on SO MANY levels. Just absolutely exceeding all expectations. Always responsive (no matter the time or day), met us at several properties and really learned the details of what my wife was envisioning....he was a true partner in our search and so, so valuable to us. His local knowledge and experience around ranch style properties was just what these "Californians" needed. He was authentically invested in our search, he honestly felt like an extension of our family during this process. Always on time, always fully present as we toured properties, many times showing up with a Can Am Defender to drive us through acreage and get a real feel for the land beyond just the house (which was very important to us). I currently own/run a couple of businesses in the finance industry and have about 35 employees, so I understand the value of a great team member. Boy, do you have one in Sean! What an excellent young man with such a bright future. I won't be able to communicate enough praise via this email, so I will just leave it at this. Sean literally was PERFECT. Never pushing us to make a decision, but always there to help us HONESTLY and INTELLIGENTLY weigh our options Well, we eventually found the property we were interested in. A property in Johnson City and Sean again showed very professional skills in helping us make our offer and get us through the negotiation process. And then it didn't stop there, after they accepted our offer he continued to babysit the process to fruition and then even after we had "funded" he once again surprised myself and my wife by texting us a reminder about getting our Electric set up. HA! what service. He has helped us with referrals on insurance, title, and even household repair stuff. Just freaking amazing. You got a real WINNER there in Sean. So much integrity, honesty, charisma, hard work, responsibility, confidence, etc., etc. Thanks to you and to DMTX for a phenomenal experience. We can't wait to spend winters in our new Texas home!
