Tricia Keith

Tricia’s roots trace back to Blanco County where she grew up on her family’s ranch and developed her passion for the Texas Hill Country. She currently resides in Johnson City calling this area of the Hill Country home. Along with being immersed in its culture, this gives Tricia a unique perspective on land ownership in the area. Tricia has a natural ability for evaluation and is able to offer local knowledge for a variety of properties such as farm and ranch, residential and more. Along with Real Estate, Tricia and her husband raise various species of exotic hoofstock with "Next Level Exotics" making her an excellent resource for helping clients choose animals to stock their ranches. Tricia also offers consultations to discuss improvements and practices to best accommodate managing various species. Tricia has a diverse network and is happy to use her local resources to assist clients. Some of these resources include: wildlife management plan consultations, making connections for clients to builders in the area, and offering a Hill Country native’s opinion on property on her home soil.

Tricia is a certified Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer's Representative, and a MLS Member of: Austin Board of Realtors, Highland Lakes Association of Realtors, Central Hill Country Association of Realtors, San Antonio Board of Realtors, and Texas Alliance of Land Brokers. In 2022 she was named Top 50 Producers by Highland Lakes Association of Realtors, and Top 3% of Producers with Austin Board of Realtors.
